What does it cost?
How much does a website cost for a small business? +
Our websites start at $350 for a single-page Starter site and $600 for a 3–5 page Pro site. We built our pricing specifically for small businesses — no bloated agency rates. A 50% deposit gets things started, and the rest is due when your site goes live.
What's the difference between the Starter and Pro packages? +
The Starter ($350) is a single, well-designed page — great for brand new businesses that just need a presence online fast. The Pro ($600) gives you 3–5 pages (Home, About, Services, Contact) for businesses that need more room to tell their story. Not sure which fits? Reach out and we'll figure it out together.
Are there any ongoing costs after the site is built? +
Hosting is $49/month, which keeps your site live, secure, and maintained. Add-ons like SEO ($150/mo), Google Ads ($150–200/mo), or a booking system (+$100 one-time) are completely optional — you only pay for what you actually need.
Do you offer payment plans? +
We work on a 50% deposit, 50% on launch model. If your situation calls for something different, reach out and we can talk it through — we're flexible with small businesses that are just getting started.

How does it work?
How long does it take to build a small business website? +
Most projects are done within 1–2 weeks from the time we have everything we need from you. Starter sites often go live in 3–5 days. The faster you can share your content (logo, copy, photos), the faster you're live.
What do I need to provide to get started? +
Mainly: a sense of what you want the site to do, your logo (or let us know if you need one), any photos you want to use, and the text for your pages. Don't have everything polished? That's fine — we'll walk you through it on the discovery call.
How many rounds of revisions do I get? +
Every project includes two rounds of revisions. In practice, most clients are happy after the first round — we spend real time upfront understanding what you want before we build. Additional revision rounds can be added if needed.
What does the process actually look like, step by step? +
Simple: (1) Discovery call — 15 minutes, we learn your business and goals. (2) You send content — logo, copy, photos. (3) We build — usually 3–7 days. (4) You review, we revise. (5) We launch — and you get more customers. That's it.
Ownership & Tech
Who owns what?
Do I own my website once it's built? +
Yes — 100%. The site is yours. We don't hold your content hostage or lock you into a proprietary platform. You own your domain, your content, and your code. If you ever want to take it elsewhere, you can.
Can I update the site myself after it's done? +
Yes. Your site is built with clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — no complicated CMS required for most small business sites. We'll show you how to make basic edits, and for anything bigger, we're just an email away.
What if I want to add more pages later? +
No problem at all. Additional pages can be added after launch — just reach out and we'll quote it based on what you need. Most additions turn around quickly.
What happens to my site if I stop paying for hosting? +
Your site would go offline, but you'd still own all the files. We'd give you advance notice before anything goes down, and you can always take the files to host elsewhere if you choose a different provider.

Why do I need a website if I already have a Facebook page? +
Facebook is rented land — the algorithm changes, reach drops, and you have zero control over how your business is presented. A website is yours. Absolutely. We work with small businesses remotely all across the country. Discovery calls are done over the phone or video, and everything else is handled digitally. Location is no barrier.
What if I'm not happy with the final result? +
We don't launch a site you're not happy with — period. The revision process is there to make sure we get it right, and we stay in communication throughout the whole build. If something isn't clicking, we work it out.
Do you help with Google Business Profile or local SEO? +
Yes. Google Business Profile setup is available as an add-on for +$150, and ongoing local SEO is available starting at $150/month. Both are optional — but if you want to show up when someone Googles your service in your city, they're worth it. See all services →
