Privacy Policy

SimpliCo. ("we," "us") helps small businesses get online. We respect your privacy and we keep this short. This page explains what information we collect when you use our website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, just reach out — we're happy to explain.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on our site (for example, our quote request form), you give us information like your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you write in the message field. We use Netlify Forms to collect and store these submissions.

Information collected automatically

When you visit hellosimpli.co, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how the site is being used. GA4 collects things like your approximate location (usually city-level), the type of device and browser you're using, which pages you visit, and how you got to the site. This data is aggregated — we don't use it to identify you personally.

Payment information

If you become a client and pay a deposit or invoice, payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store your full card number, expiration date, or CVC. We only see basic payment metadata (amount, last four digits, status) so we can match payments to invoices.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your quote request or message
  • To deliver the services you've hired us for
  • To send you invoices and receipts
  • To understand which pages and topics are useful so we can improve the site
  • To prevent spam and abuse on our forms

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. The only places your data flows are the services we use to actually run the business:

  • Netlify — hosts the site and stores form submissions
  • Google Analytics 4 — anonymized usage analytics
  • Stripe — processes payments
  • Zoho Mail — handles our business email

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. We only share what's necessary for them to do their job.

Cookies and tracking

GA4 sets a small cookie in your browser so it can tell repeat visits apart from new ones. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use a tool like an ad blocker if you'd rather not be measured. Blocking cookies won't break anything on the site.

How long we keep it

Form submissions stay in our Netlify dashboard until we no longer need them — usually we clear out old leads after a year. Payment records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically seven years). Analytics data is retained according to GA4's default retention setting.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what information we have about you
  • Correct anything that's wrong
  • Delete your information from our records
  • Stop emailing you

Just send us a note at immanuel@hellosimpli.co and we'll take care of it.

Children

Our services are aimed at business owners. The site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and bump the "Last updated" date at the top. For meaningful changes, we'll do our best to give a heads up by email.
